3. If you use logos that are not yours, you are responsible for seeking permission to use them.

4. The web site domain name is registered to you and is owned by you, we'll inform you by email or letter of the domain name becoming due for renewal at least 6 weeks before. If you do not want it renewed or you fail to pay the invoice your domain name will lapse.

5. We reserve the right to place a link to Inverclyde.com discreetly within your web site.

6. From time to time problems occur on the Internet, we cannot be held responsible for the downtime of the server. The server operates on a 99% uptime, but occasionally requires maintenance and upgrading.
